Biomedical science has expanded its field of data processing even more and now studies the most complex product of evolution, the human brain. In this article, modeling of the emerging knowledge of neuroinformatics from bioinformatics has been discussed. After an overview of bioinformatics, history, different areas of neuroinformatics and the complexity and heterogeneity of its data are examined, and finally, methodological limitations in the field of brain research are pointed out.
