fa بررسی مقاومت سطح بالا به جنتامایسین و ژن‌های کد کننده آنزیم‌های تغییردهنده آمینوگلیکوزید در انتروکوکوس فکالیس و انتروکوکوس فیسیوم جداشده از عفونت زخم سوخته A survey of high-level resistance to gentamicin and aminoglycoside-modifying enzyme-encoding genes in Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecium isolated from infected burn wounds سلولی و مولکولی Cellular and molecular مقاله پژوهشی Research Article سابقه و هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی مقاومت به سطح بالای جنتامایسین و ژن‌های کدکننده آنزیم های تغییردهنده آمینوگلیکوزید در انتروکوکوس فکالیس و انتروکوکوس فیسیوم جداشده از عفونت زخم سوختگی بود. مواد و روش ها: پس از شناسایی سویه‌های انتروکوکوس فکالیس و انتروکوکوس فیسیوم، آزمون حساسیت آنتی‌بیوتیکی انجام شد. به‌منظور شناسایی سویه‌های HLGR از دیسک‌های جنتامایسین استفاده شد. آزمون PCR به‌منظور شناسایی ژن‌های کدکننده AMEs انجام گردید. یافته ها: از مجموع 114 جدایه انتروکوکوس، تعداد 1/56 % سویه HLGR بودند. تمامی سویه‌های HLGR واجد ژن aac(6ʹ)-Ie -aph(2ʹʹ)-Ia بودند. 9/1 % از سویه های HLGR انتروکوکوس فیسیوم حامل ژن aph(2″)-Id بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: داده های ما نشان داد که مقاومت به جنتامایسین در عفونت زخم سوخته در بیمارستان ما شیوع بالایی دارد. مسئول اصلی بروز مقاومت به جنتامایسین در مطالعه حاضر، ژن aac (6') -Ie -aph (2'') –Ia است.   Aim and Background: The aim of this study was to survey of High-level resistance to gentamicin and aminoglycoside-modifying enzymes (AMEs) encoding genes in Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecium isolated from burn wound infection. Material and methods: Antibiotic susceptibility test was performed after identification of E. faecalis and E. faecium strains. In order to detect HLGR strains, gentamicin disks were used. PCR test was performed to identify the AMEs-encoding genes. Results: Of 114 isolates of Enterococcus, 56.1% of the strains were HLGR. All HLGR strains have the aac (6') -Ie -aph (2'') -Ia gene. 1.9% of the HLGR E. faecium strains carried the aph (2 ") -Id gene. Conclusions: Our data showed that a high prevalence of resistance to gentamicin in burned wound infection in our hospital.
