fa بررسی اثرات ضد‌دیابتی و محافظت‌کبدی شربت کامبوچا در موش‌های نر ویستار دیابتی‌شده با استرپتوزوتوسین Investigation of Anti–diabetic and Liver protective Effects of Kombucha syrup on Streptozotocin induced male wistar mice سلولی و مولکولی Cellular and molecular مقاله پژوهشی Research Article سابقه و هدف: امروزه دیابت یکی از مشکلات جدی در سلامت جوامع است. همچنین، نظریه‌های درمانی برای بیماری‌های عمومی کبد مثل سیروز، کبدچرب و هپاتیت مزمن مسئله‌ساز هستند. تاثیر کم داروها در بسیاری از بیماران، نیاز به بررسی و یافتن راههای دیگر درمانی را اجتناب ناپذیر ساخته است. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی اثر ضددیابتی و محافظت کبدی شربت کامبوچا در موشهای نر نژاد ویستار پرداخته است. مواد و روشها: ترکیبات شربت کامبوچای تازه پس از 7 روز تخمیر با کروماتوگرافی گازی-طیف سنجی جرمی و فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی آن با روش DPPH بررسی شد. موشها به پنج گروه تقسیم شده و گروههای آزمون برای بررسی اثرات ضددیابتی و محافظت کبدی به ترتیب برای 14 و 32 روز، شربت کامبوچا را روزانه به صورت خوراکی با دوزهای 2 و 4 میلیلیتر به ازای هر کیلوگرم از وزن حیوان دریافت کردند. میزان قندخون با گلوکومتر و فعالیت آنزیمهای کبدی با کیتهای شرکت پارس آزمون اندازه گیری شد. نتایج با استفاده از آزمون آماریStudent's T-Test  و ANOVA و با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS  ویرایش 22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: شربت کامبوچا با 66/12 درصد گلوکورونیک اسید و 57/4 درصد اتانول خاصیت آنتیاکسیدانی دارد. بیشترین خاصیت آنتی اکسیدانی بهمیزان 58/89 درصد گزارش شد که این میزان همان درصد رادیکالهای آزاد احیاشده توسط عصاره است. قندخون در گروههای آزمون اول و دوم (mg/dl 160 و 112)، نسبت به گروه کنترلمنفی (mg/dl 436) کاهش معناداری نشان داد. فعالیت آنزیمهای کبدی نیز در گروههای آزمون اول و دوم، نسبت به گروه کنترل منفی کاهش معناداری نشان داد. نتیجه گیری: شربت کامبوچا با خاصیت آنتی اکسیدانی بالا، اثرات مفیدی در مدیریت بیماری دیابت و حفظ سلامت سلولهای کبدی در برابر ترکیبات سمی دارد. Aim and Background: Diabetes is one of the most serious health problems in today's society. Also, therapeutic theories are problematic for general liver diseases such as cirrhosis, fatty liver and chronic hepatitis. Low effect of drugs in many patients has made it inevitable to examine and find other treatments. Current study, examines the anti-diabetic and liver protective effects of Kombucha syrup in vistar male rats. Materials and Methods: The composition of fresh Kombucha syrup was evaluated after 7 days of fermentation with GC–MS and its anti–oxidant activity by DPPH method. The mice were divided into five groups and in order to investigation of anti-diabetic and liver protective effects, test groups obtained daily 2 and 4 ml/kg of Kombucha syrup orally for 14 and 32 days, respectively. Blood sugar levels by glucometer and liver enzymes were measured by parsazmoon company kits. The results were analyzed using Student's T-Test and ANOVA using SPSS software version 22. Results: Kombucha syrup with 12.66% glucuronic acid and 4.57% ethanol has anti–oxidant properties. The highest anti–oxidant property was reported at 89.58%. Blood sugar levels in first and second test groups (160 and 112 mg/dl) showed a significant decrease compared to the negative control group (436 mg/dl). The activity of liver enzymes in the first and second test groups also showed a significant decrease compared to the negative control group. Conclusion: Kombucha syrup, with its high anti–oxidant properties, has beneficial effects in managing diabetes and maintaining the health of liver cells against toxic compounds. دیابت, محافظت‌کبدی, شربت‌کامبوچا, استرپتوزوتوسین, IAU science.
