fa تظاهرات بالینی و روش های تشخیصی کووید-19 Clinical Manifestations and Diagnostic Methods of Covid-19 سلولی و مولکولی Cellular and molecular مقاله مروری Review Article   سابقه و هدف: شیوع بالای بیماری کووید-19 که از اواخر دسامبر سال 2019 از ووهان چین شروع به پخش شدن کرده است، باعث افزایش شدید آمار مرگ‌ومیر جهانی شده است، به طوری که که شاهد یک پنومونی جهانی ناشی از ابتلا افراد به این ویروس هستیم که منجر به بروز یک معضل بزرگ بهداشتی در جهان شده است. ازاین‌رو ضرورت پیشگیری زودهنگام آن از طریق تشخیص صحیح و به‌موقع این بیماری، به‌منظور کنترل آن بهخصوص در بیماران خاص و جلوگیری از شیوع مجدد آن بسیار الزامی است. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه، براساس نتایج تحقیقات منتشرشده در پایگاه¬های ISI, Wiley, Science direct, PubMed, Scopus  و ... از ژانویه  تا جولای 2020، روش‌های تشخیصی که بر پایه ویژگی‌های ساختاری (تکنیکهای سرولوژیکی از جمله کیتهای الایزا) و تظاهرات بالینی کووید-19 ( سیتی اسکن ریه) به‌منظور تشخیص صحیح و به‌موقع این بیماری در حال استفاده می‌باشند موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. یافته ها: کووید-19 به‌علت داشتن دوره نهفتگی 2 تا 14روزه، شباهت علائم آن با سرماخوردگی و توانایی انتقال بالای آن بین افراد مختلف شیوع شدیدی در سراسر جهان پیداکرده است و در حال حاضر بهعنوان یک معضل بزرگ بهداشتی قلمداد می¬شود. از اینرو بکارگیری روشهای تشخیصی مناسب و کارآمد یکی از مهمترین گزینههای کنترل این بیماری است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش¬های منتشرشده نشان می‌دهد که کیت¬ها و روش‌های تشخیصی کووید- 19 که بر پایه تکنیک‌های سرولوژیکی، مولکولی و تکنیک سی‌تی‌اسکن طراحی‌شده‌اند از متداول‌ترین روش‌های تشخیصی در سراسر جهان محسوب می‌شوند. هرچند که این روش‌ها در بعضی از شرایط دارای نتایج مثبت و منفی کاذبی هستند. در این میان نتایج کاذب حاصل از روش‌های سی‌تی‌اسکن نسبتبه سایر روش‌ها کمتر گزارش‌شده است. نتیجه گیری: توصیه می‌شود که جهت تشخیص صحیح و به‌موقع این بیماری بهخصوص Aim and Background: The high prevalence of Covid-19, which has been spreading from Wuhan, China since late December 2019, has led to a sharp rise in global mortality, so that we are witnessing a global viral pneumonia, which has led to a major health problem in the world. Therefore, in order to control the prevalence of this disease, it is necessary to early prevention of virus infection through proper and timely diagnosis of this disease, especially in certain patients and asymptomatic patients and also to prevent its recurrence. Material and Methods:  In this study, according to the results of research published in ISI, Wiley, Science direct, PubMed, Scopus, etc. from January to July 2020, diagnostic methods based on the structural features (Serological techniques including ELISA kits) and clinical manifestations (Lung CT scan) of covid-19 have been used for accurate and timely diagnosis of this disease. Results: Due to its 2 to 14-day incubation period, the similarity of its symptoms to the common cold, and its high transmission capacity among different people, Covid 19 has become very prevalent around the world and it is currently considered a major health problem. Therefore, using appropriate and efficient diagnostic methods is one of the most important options for controlling this disease. The results of published research show that the covid 19 diagnostic kits and methods, which are based on serological, molecular and CT scan techniques, are among the most common diagnostic methods in the world. However, in some cases, these methods have false positive and negative results. Among them, false results from CT scans have been reported less than other methods. Conclusion: It is recommended to diagnose this disease correctly and in a timely manner especially in asymptomatic people, diagnostic testing should be performed using several diagnostic methods and different patient samples.   کووید-19, تشخیص, سرولوژی, مولکولی, سی‌تی اسکن,, IAU science.
