fa مطالعه کروموزومی در برخی از گونه های جنس Cirsium در استان های خراسان رضوی و شمالی ژنتیک Genetics مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <p align="justify"><font size="2"><font face="times new roman,times,serif"> <strong> چکیده </strong></font></font></p><p align="justify"><font size="2" face="times new roman,times,serif"> <strong> سابقه و هدف </strong>: ‌ جنس Cirsium یکی از سرده های خانواده کاسنی است و تا کنون 300-250 گونه آن در جهان گزارش شده است. گیاهان این سرده علفی، دو ساله یا چند ساله و پایا بوده و در افریقا، اروپا و امریکا رویش دارند. بررسی منابع نشان می دهد که تاکنون پژوهش های اندکی در مورد سیتوژنتیک این سرده در جهان به ویژه در ایران صورت گرفته است. </font></p><p align="justify"><font size="2" face="times new roman,times,serif"> <strong> مواد و روش </strong><strong>‌ </strong><strong>ها: </strong>در مطالعات ژنتیکی با توجه به امکانات، نمونه ها و زمان های طولانی جهت جوانه دار شدن بذرها 4 گونه C . congestum ، </font><font size="2" face="times new roman,times,serif">  C . turkestanicum ، C . vulgare و C . arvense مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. به این منظور پس از جوانه دار کردن بذرها، مراحل پیش تیمار، تثبیت، هیدرولیز، رنگ آمیزی، از مریستم ریشه ای گیاهچه ها نمونه میکروسکوپی تهیه شده و پس از آن بررسی های کروموزومی شامل تعیین تعداد کروموزوم و سطح پلوییدی انجام شد. </font></p><p align="justify"><font size="2" face="times new roman,times,serif"><strong>یافته </strong><strong>‌ </strong><strong>ها </strong>: عدد کروموزومی سوماتیکی در گونه های C . congestum ، C . turkestanicum برابر با 34 کروموزوم بود (2 n=34 ) و در گونه های </font><font size="2" face="times new roman,times,serif">  C . vulgare و C . arvense برابر با 68 کروموزوم بود ( 68= 2n ). </font></p><p align="justify"><font size="2" face="times new roman,times,serif"><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>بر اساس نتایج حاصل از مطالعات سیتوژنتیکی، گونه های مورد مطالعه، از نظر تعداد کروموزوم در دو گروه دیپلوئید و تتراپلوئید قرار </font><font size="2" face="times new roman,times,serif">  می گیرند. گروه 1- 34=2 x =2 n که شامل گونه های C . congestum و C . turkestanicum است. گروه 2- 68= 4 x =2 n که شامل گونه های C . vulgare و C . arvense است. </font></p><p align="justify"><font size="2" face="times new roman,times,serif"></font></p><p align="justify"><font size="2" face="times new roman,times,serif">  </font></p> <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: ltr" class="BasicParagraph" align="justify"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman"><b><span style="mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-ascii-theme-font: major-bidi mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-hansi-theme-font: major-bidi mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-bidi-theme-font: major-bidi mso-ansi-language: CS" lang="CS">Aim and Background.</span></b><span style="mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-ascii-theme-font: major-bidi mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-hansi-theme-font: major-bidi mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-bidi-theme-font: major-bidi mso-ansi-language: CS" lang="CS"> The genus Cirsium is one of the genera in Compositae w hich includes 250-300 species distributed all over the world.
