fa از بیوانفورماتیک تا نوروانفورماتیک فیزیولوژی Physiology مقاله مروری Review Article <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-BH" style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">علوم زیست‌پزشکی حوزه داده‌ورزی خود را بیش از پیش گسترش داده است و اینک به مطالعه پیچیده‌ترین محصول تکامل یعنی مغز انسان می‌پردازد. در این مقاله به الگوبرداری دانش نوظهور نوروانفورماتیک از بیوانفورماتیک پرداخته شده است. پس از مروری بر بیوانفورماتیک، تارخچه، حوزه‌های مختلف نوروانفورماتیک و پیچیدگی و ناهمگونی داده‌های آن بررسی شده و در انتها به&nbsp; محدودیت‌های روش‌شناختی در زمینه پژوهش در حوزه مغز اشاره شده است. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">Biomedical science has expanded its field of data processing even more and now studies the most complex product of evolution, the human brain. In this article, modeling of the emerging knowledge of neuroinformatics from bioinformatics has been discussed.
